No Video Appears When I Call

Issue: When logged into the Web Application and I click to call a user, no video appears.


Answer #1: You must use Google Chrome to make EyeSight calls on a PC or Mac. If using Internet Explorer, Safari, or Firefox, please use Google Chrome instead.

Answer #2: Check to see if you are getting a notification in the upper-right corner when you click to call a user. The first time you make an EyeSight call on a computer, you may need to click "Allow" for the call to proceed.
 



Answer #3: If the first two answers do not solve your issue, please contact your EyeSight administrator.
