I'm Having Trouble With Box

Issue: I'm not able to capture videos and images and upload the media to Box.com

Solution #1: If Box has not yet been configured on your device, please see the instructions for Vuzix and for Glass.

Solution #2: A WiFi connection is required to upload media to Box.com. Verify your device is connected to WiFi.

Solution #3: If your media is not automatically uploading to Box.com, go to the Configure Box option. Then, move forward to the Auto Upload Service screen. If your upload has begun, you will see a progress percentage on this screen.

Solution #4: If your media is not uploading after checking the first three solutions, please click the "Email Us" link to the right of this article for support.
