I'm having trouble logging into eyesight.io.

Navigate to https://eyesight.pristine.io/app

1. Confirm that you are using Google Chrome web browser and that Chrome is up to date


2. If you are getting an error when trying to access the website using Google Chrome, your network settings may be preventing communication with the EyeSight authentication service

  • Communicate with your IT department to confirm that your firewall settings are not blocking access to auth.pristine.io or slam.pristine.io and that port 443 is enabled for tcp

3. If you are able to see eyesight.io, but the login box appears "stuck" - security software on your computer (e.g. McAfee) may be blocking eyesight.io. This can happen suddenly after a computer security software update.

  • Communicate with your IT department to make sure that traffic to and from eyesight.io is permitted by your computer's current security software

 

Enter your e-mail address and password

1. If you receive the message “Failed to Login”

  • Double check your e-mail and password spelling
  • Check that your computer is not adding extra spaces to your username or password due to auto-fill
  • Confirm that caps lock is off
  • Check the time on your computer
    • If the time on your computer is off by more than one minute from the actual time, login attempts will fail, please go to system settings to sync your computer’s time automatically to the correct time

2. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” to send yourself a reset link

  • If you receive the message “Failed to Reset Password”
    • Contact your EyeSight admin to confirm that your e-mail address is linked to an EyeSight user account
      • If your admin confirms that your e-mail address is connected to a user account, ask the admin to manually reset your password
      • If your admin has reset your password and you are still unable to login, communicate with your IT department to confirm your firewall is not blocking access to auth.pristine.io and that port 443 is enabled for tcp
  • If you do not receive the password reset e-mail, please check your spam folder
