I received an invitation to use EyeSight on my mobile, but...

1. The link does not appear to be working or allowing me to set my password 

  • Confirm that you are using the correct email address
    • Email address must match e-mail from invitation
  • Confirm that the link is not opening in Safari or other incompatible browser
    • Copy paste the link into Chrome
  • Link may have expired
    • Messaging will appear - reach out to your admin for a new link
  • Make sure you have selected the mobile link to download the app, not the website link
