I'm requesting a call, but...

1. The call request is not being answered

  • Keep in mind that requesting a call alerts the whole team the device is assigned to, not just a single user
  • There may be a delay between your call request and the time you receive a response 

 

2. Team members are not receiving your alert

  • Make sure your teammates have Chrome or mobile notifications enabled
  • Make sure your teammates have their volume turned up
