I'm trying to call someone, but...

1. Click on the user that you would like to call

  • If you see an attempt to call but it times out
    • Check to make sure that your camera and microphone are enabled - click on the camera icon in the URL bar
        • If your camera and microphone are confirmed enabled
          • Check the camera settings with your machine’s native tools
          • Work with your IT contact to check your firewall settings - the following URLs, ports and traffic types must be permitted


2. If you are requesting a call from a team, remember that your call might not be immediately answered
