My smart glasses are on, but I'm having trouble launching EyeSight

Launching EyeSight via voice command (*Google Glass only)

1. If you are saying "OK Glass", but no options appear

  • Glass may not hear you or understand the way you are speaking - try speaking louder and enunciating 

2. If you say "OK Glass" and options appear, but not the "Start EyeSight" option

  • Please file a ticket using the "Request Help" button or e-mail support@pristine.io

3. If you see the "Start EyeSight" in the list of options, but glass does not respond to that command

  • Glass may not hear you or understand the way you are speaking - try speaking louder and enunciating 
  • Glass may be missing some voice libraries
    • Please connect glass to wifi and power and leave it for 30 minutes in order to allow for an automatic voice library update to load

 

Launching EyeSight via touchpad 

1. EyeSight does not appear in the software menu

  • Please file a ticket using the "Request Help" button or e-mail support@pristine.io

2. EyeSight appears, but does not launch

  • Make sure you TAP the EyeSight icon in order to launch
